Barnburner 08:38
the rainy days the kill you yeah they tighten up your throat and bring you down her dad died on a day like this with motorcycle hips and hands and feet and Bryan's in his workshop yeah he's holdin' things together for you girl and though it didn't end the way we thought it might, boy but we have grown the last night we were young it was a flash, at last, I wish that we had known what do you want me to do? cause I would do anything. sometimes I just can't connect; sometimes I just can't feel my hands and I can't remember the last time I felt that my world was the same world as anyone else each shimmering sun the tattered remains of a heart that was burning alive waiting for rain as we brace for the deluge, we cannot deny that this world is the only world for you and i

Totem 02:51
Snow keeps on falling throughout birches don't falter or pout the pines do not fill up with doubt the birds never feeling without but we do. All that I wanted is here illumed as each breath disappears we're holding on tight to our fear hoping the end isn't near.

Cold Clear 05:54
Cold clear water bring me back to an easy mind, a calm for years. You're my ticket: a conduit, something to absorb my blues. Old stone mountain always there, an invincible and tireless love opened my eyes to a waiting world extended to me in your hands. call me and let me tell you what your breathing gives me. I'll not make you cry again my darlin' I know. humble lover hold me close, collect my tears for when it's dry I'll keep raintraps, I'll not let the ground around for water want. Call me and let me tell you what your breathing gives me.

Onto You 05:42
I am onto you and your wicked ways I have seen the view and it goes for days, it's the ladies' luck that's sustained you so but you've sprung a leak and it's time to go. Well you've got our house right within your lines but you can't have our home by the riverside, cause we're tethered to our stellar minds since our spider hearts weave the heavy lines. I'm no scientist but I know what's true I can feel the pulse that is running you. Yeah you hold me up, you keep me here, so I'll mind the brakes, and baby you can steer.

Gunslinger 03:24
I remember the first time I could see things looked awful strange to me couldn't tell the land from the sea didn't understand what it meant to be free. Tried to figure out what to say tried to settle on a day knew that an end had to come to play and all I could do: Run away, speaking in sayings I've never heard.
7.
Homeless 02:43
The cupboard's not dry, it's a well lit environment, and it beats like a clock cause that's how we wind it. It's how we speak. The cupboard's not dry, it's a well lit environment, and it beats like a clock cause that's how we wind it. It listens with ears, and it's a calming light, it's sand and it's rocks, and we'll never mind it, it's how we speak.

about

DLLM050

Established Northeast punk dignitaries and longtime friends Eric Gagne (Footings, Redwing Blackbird, Death To Tyrants), Randy Patrick (The Toll, Death To Tyrants), Andrew Skelly (Kindling, Ampere), Jason St.Claire (Sweet John Bloom, Daniel Striped Tiger), and Sean Yeaton (Parquet Courts, Daniel Striped Tiger) have been making records together in their spare time as Dweller On The Threshold since 2010. Separated by thousands of miles and other full-time projects, DOTT has always provided its core group with a creative and fulfilling way of staying in touch. Vol. II is a departure from their first release in so much as subsequent albums will be a departure from it. There are mellow moments, there are earsplitting moments, that much hasn’t changed at all.
